  3. A good deal if you get to retirement age, can fund yoursef and dont get any older----
Otherwise, looking back on family, I'm happy at about 80---but I would like to know

  4. What aboot Freddy Mercury's plaintive song from Highlander? It would just give me an excuse to procrastinate forever :)
I want to be more of an advocate for instant gratification...more along the lines of Forever by the Veronicas. I need to feel that sense of urgency.

Hope that you're experiencing some great Crimbonicity.

  5. That's one interesting desire my brother. Life would have to be pretty good to do that.

  9. Love the posting time on this.

I, too, not only want to live forever when drunkenly amused but think that I may.

Shoot. I may be living forever right NOW.

  13. Not when I get recurrent bouts of depression. The idea of living forever is quite possibly my worst nightmare...

  14. Kim; I do know what you mean.
This post caught me on a particularly good mood! And yes, it was a party night. And yes, drink was taken. But considering that the taking of drink has not, shall we say, enhanced my mood of late, it was a good night all round!

My worst nightmare; hearing the dirt falling on my coffin! Therein lies my argument for cremation!

  15. Well you made me crack a grin, Map. I know you might not feel like this the next morning but I loved the little moment of elation and happiness that prompted the thought. And with you all the way re cremation, for the same reason.

  16. Tiffin; I like being in that state of drunkeness where one feels so elated, and happy and smiley and loving and wanting to go on forever! One less drink and you're not quite there! One too many and you're over the edge into sad country! :¬)
